THE LUCID LIFE

Two halves of the same skill.

Most people want to wake up inside a dream before they can stay awake inside a Tuesday. It does not work in that order. The night only catches what the day has already trained.

This bundle puts both halves in your hands at once.

What’s Inside:

• The Divine Wall / The Divine Gooch (Olaf’s Guide to Lucid Dreaming) ... building the wall that keeps the uninvited voice out of the well, then opening the gate inside it: the buzz, the sting, the three points, and the ten step bridge into sleep

• Cosmic Video Instruction ... the full visual walkthrough of door, breath, buzz and hand, because most of this work is non verbal and does not translate to text

• The Divine Wall (audio) ... the guided version of the wall practice, to sit with rather than read

• Clearing The Dream Gate (audio) ... the gate work itself, for the late night return when the window is most fertile

• The Secret to Happiness ... the day work: the sheepdog sent after the automatic wolf, the obstacle read as a signal instead of an enemy, and the shell shed once the body has grown past it

Why this combination works:

First the wall, so nothing you have not chosen is living in the well.

Then the day work, because an offended mind cannot cross the border... and if you go in still itching to burn someone, the inner world hands you a nightmare.

Then the buzz and the hand, which is the thread you carry over the sleep line.

Then the gate, where the dream stops running you and you take the script.

Each one reinforces the others. Doing the night practice without the day practice is like locking your front door and leaving the voice that unlocked it sitting in your kitchen.

The better you are at waking up in your waking life, the better you are at waking up inside a dream. The two are reflections of each other. Master the one and the other follows.
