The Divine Gooch

How To Build The Wall That Protects You From Entity Possession

And how lucid dreaming is the gate inside that wall that lets you walk into your own inner kingdom

Say it in your head right now. I... love... you. Say it like you mean it, to a four year old version of yourself who could use it. Then listen to what follows the words. That static is not emptiness. It is the well inside your shell, and most people have never once stood in it on purpose.

There is a second voice in there too. It sounds exactly like yours, which is the whole trick of it. It needed no mouth to speak and no ears to hear. The difference is whether you chose it. That choice is the most powerful instrument in the known world, it cannot be taken from you, and the only thing that works against it is forgetting you have it. No ayahuasca, no mushrooms, no DMT will build it for you. They will introduce you to both parties in vivid color and leave the wall exactly as brittle as it was.

So this book does two things in order. First it builds the wall, with buzzing, with the sting, with the space between an insult and your answer. Then it opens the gate in the middle of it, because once the wall stands you can go inside and walk around in there while you sleep.

What’s inside:

The buzz, and the remnant vibration that follows it... the field Olaf wants you acquainted with before anything else happens

How to tell your own voice from the one that enters uninvited, using the one sentence that exposes the difference

The sting: slap the inside of your elbow, follow it from crescendo to dissipation, and meet the entity at its entry point

Why a guard dog that bites the postman instead of the thief is still useful, and how to make it yield to you

Why the body is not the cockpit, and what happens when you push buttons instead of getting out of the seat and inspecting the wing

The “Thank you” practice, built for comment sections, in laws, and anyone who ever used you to produce their own excrement

The three points Olaf bonds into one circuit, forehead, hand and root, and the Root Exercise that lights the furnace

The solar plexus as the second brain, 500 million neurons, and the parasympathetic reset that shows up as goosebumps

The ten step bridge into sleep, including the backwards breath and the hand you park the buzz inside

The dream book, the flags, and the five reality checks that install the question deep enough to arise on the other side

A warning about crossing while still itching to burn someone, including yourself

You’ll learn how to:

Occupy the space between thoughts on command instead of stumbling into it once a year

Buzz until the whole body is vibrating, then know the vibration is you... which is the moment you can leave

Locate a feeling instead of psychoanalyzing it, asking where and not why

Take criticism through the well first, so the wave you send is not the fire that burns you on the way out

Pour the charge into your right hand until it is unmistakably alive, and carry that thread across the sleep border

Lift the inner hand without lifting the flesh one, and knock on the door of your own inner world

Hold a dream with sensation instead of staring at it, because excitement pops the picture

Name the file once you’re in, change authorship of the scene, and mop instead of smashing for sport

Use a 4 a.m. alarm, or a nap, to walk into a dream fully conscious

Olaf’s own advice is to watch the videos and listen to the audio before you read a page of this, because a good deal of the work is non verbal and buzzing does not translate to text. The manual is the night map. It tells you why you’re doing it, in what order, and what you’re feeling when it starts working.

Most nights you will not levitate out of the body. You’ll stand in the Gooch and wake up inside a scene running outside your control. Write it down anyway. The better you get at waking up in your waking life, the better you get at waking inside a dream, and the two are reflections of each other.

The body is a shell and you are the yolk. Buzz until it cracks. Build the Wall, then go in.
